专利摘要:
Ampoule opener comprising a lid (1) for a container or a container (1) with a point (2) in the side (4) of the lid (1) or the container (1) relative to the side (4) angled outwardly projecting inlet pipe (2) with a flexible clearance (3) at its outwardly facing end. The insertion tube (2) acts as an ampoule opener. After opening an ampoule, the top of the ampoule will be stored in the insertion tube (2) until the top of a next ampoule is inserted into the insertion tube (2) and pushes the first top down into the container (1).
Ampoule opener The invention relates to an ampoule opener. An ampoule is a small sealed vial used to contain and retain liquid or solid products, usually medicines and chemicals to protect against air and pollutants. Ampoules are commonly made of glass, but plastic ampoules also exist. They are hermetically sealed and include a body and a top. Ampoules are opened correctly by breaking their necks by a circular line of weakness in a clean fracture without the formation of shards of glass. Ampoules can be opened with the bare hands, but to reduce the risk of injury to the hands, various mechanical ampoule openers have been developed, especially for use in the healthcare sector. Rescue and hospital personnel usually use disposable ampoule openers. They are placed on the top of the ampoule, after which the ampoule is broken off. The top and ampoule opener are then collectively thrown in a waste container, which is sent for destruction. These ampoule openers must be operated with two hands, which is inconvenient, and the price per. PCS. is also relatively high. However, there are ampoule openers that can be operated with one hand and are relatively inexpensive to use, as they collect broken ampoule tops in an associated container, from which the tops can be removed and sent for destruction. CN 203440040 U (LIU XINGANG) describes such an ampoule opener. The ampoule opener comprises a container (1) with an opening in the bottom for removing broken ampoule tops, a lid (3) for closing this opening and a tube (2) from the upper horizontal projection of the container for inserting the top of an ampoule. Inside the protruding tube there is an insert (4) for forming a line of weakness in ampoules not made with such a line. Once the top of an ampoule has been placed in the insertion tube (2), it is broken off by leading the projecting part of the ampoule down. The broken ampoule top slides into the container (1) and the contents of the ampoule are available for withdrawal. However, this known ampoule opener has the significant disadvantage that there is a great risk that some of the contents of the ampoule will leak out in connection with the breaking off of the ampoule top. In particular, if the ampoule contains a drug, this can be fatal as a patient may inadvertently receive the wrong dose. It is an object of the present invention to remedy this drawback of the known ampoule opener. This is done in the form of an ampoule opener comprising a lid for a container or a container, where there is an insertion tube on the side of the lid or container. The ampoule opener is special in that the insertion tube has a flexible clearance at its outwardly facing end and is wound at an acute angle relative to the side of the lid / container. The angled insertion tube ensures that the ampoule top can be broken off without the risk of the ampoule's contents leaking out. The flexible clearance at the outwardly facing end of the insertion tube ensures that the broken ampoule top cannot fall out of the insertion tube. The ampoule opener according to the invention is operated by passing the ampoule top through the flexible clearance in the outwardly facing end of the insertion tube and guiding the projecting part of the ampoule downwards until the top of the ampoule breaks off. The flexible clearance at the outwardly facing end of the insertion tube is dimensioned so that the top of the ampoule can be pushed through clearance and the cancellation is retained after the buckling. A broken ampoule stays in the insertion tube until the insertion of the other ampoule top. This will push the first ampoule top into a container under the lid according to the invention or into the container itself according to the invention. The lid or container according to the invention is in a special embodiment made wholly or partly of plastic. It is preferred that the insertion tube is wound relative to the side of the lid / container at an angle of approx. 30-45 degrees, especially approx. 30 degrees. There may be several insertion tubes on the lid / container, so that it becomes possible for several users to use the ampoule opener according to the invention simultaneously. The flexible opening in the outwardly facing end of the insertion tube can advantageously be constituted by an elastic ring of e.g. rubber. However, the flexible clearance can also be constituted by an integral part of the insertion tube itself. In yet another particular embodiment, the lid or container according to the invention comprises an opening for insertion of used needles and / or ampoule bodies. Used ampoule tops, used ampoule bodies and / or used needles can thereby be combined in a common container and sent for destruction. The ampoule opener according to the invention can be operated with one hand, especially when it is fixed to an object such as e.g. a wall. It is therefore preferred that the ampoule opener comprises means for fixing, in particular reversible fixation, so that it is easy to empty the ampoule opener of used ampoule tops, used ampoule bodies and / or used needles. The figures of the drawing show the present invention and its function in a particular embodiment. Figure 1 shows a lid (1) / a container (4) in plastic with a 30 degree angled insertion tube (2) with a flexible clearance in its outward facing in the form of a ring of rubber (3). Figure 2 shows the lid / container before insertion of an ampoule top. Figure 3 shows an inserted ampoule top before its buckling. Figure 4 shows the insertion of a second ampoule top with associated insertion of a first ampoule top.
